Overstock- Promoted to Overstock’s Financial Services team to execute a new credit partnership with Citibank™.
- Held weekly UX brainstorm meetings with PMs, dev managers, FEDs, and QA for project scope and feasibility.
- Designed a new and improved Credit Card landing page based on user comprehension tests and surveys.
- Executed all designs to WCAG and ADA accessibility requirements.
- Performed demos and compliance review meetings with Citibank™ leaders two to three times a week.
- Launched a new credit card program that increased sign-up rate, average order size, and loyalty program members.

Overstock- Led all design efforts on Overstock’s Bounce Back Rewards program, increasing repeat purchase frequency by 3.5%, incremental GMS of ~$450K, and a 13% coupon redemption rate (41% from loyalty members).

- Presented multiple user-experience journey maps and the benefits of gift cards, coupons, and reward points.
